The bathroom is stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a hair dryer, and other toiletries.
For reservations of 28 days or more, guests have access to the building's gym, indoor swimming pool, and hot tub. For reservations less than 28 days, these amenities are unavailable. Paid parking is available in the building's public parking. Pets are allowed with a maximum of two pets per suite, with a pet fee of $10 per night for one pet. A travel crib for babies 0-18 months and bed rails are available for rent at $5 per item per night when booked in advance.

Check-in is after 3 PM and check-out is before 11 AM. Late check-out may be possible with advance notification and approval. Guests must provide their full names and a photo of their ID (international passport, driver's license, or permanent resident card) along with a selfie with the ID as an anti-fraud measure. Guests must be 18 or over to check in. Any guest whose name or ID does not match the provided information will not be allowed into the building. There is a no-party policy, and the unit is equipped with video surveillance at the front door and a noise detector. Violations may result in immediate reservation cancellation without refund. There is a no-smoking policy, and any type of smoking is prohibited inside the unit or building. If the smoke detector is triggered, Globalstay has the right to cancel the reservation immediately and charge a $150 service call and $200 cleaning fee. [SI]
