Public parking is available in the building for an additional fee. Pets are allowed with a maximum of two pets per suite for a fee of $10 per night for one pet. A travel crib (for babies 0-18 months) and bed rails are available for $5 per item per night when booked in advance.

For foreign guests, a passport is required. Any type of smoking (cigarettes or marijuana) is prohibited inside the unit or building, and triggering the smoke detector will result in a $150 service call and $200 cleaning fee. Parties are prohibited, and the reservation may be canceled without refund if the number of guests exceeds the reservation details.
