The open living area is designed for both downtime and productivity, with a 60” Smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and comfortable seating. The kitchen comes fully equipped with full-size appliances, cookware, dishware, and a Keurig coffee machine. Additional in-suite features include an in-suite washer and dryer, 3 Smart TVs (one in the living room and one in each bedroom), a fully equipped kitchen with cooking essentials, high-speed Wi-Fi, hotel-quality linens and towels, a private outdoor patio with BBQ, and an open-concept living and dining space.
Rent a pack 'n play for $40 and a highchair for $40. Your BBQ comes with a complimentary full propane tank at check-in. If needed, a one-time refill is available for $150. For stays of 7+ nights, mid-stay cleaning is available for an additional fee and required for stays of 21+ nights. Please book 48–72 hours in advance; guests must step out during service.

Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Parties, events and smoking/vaping of any kind are prohibited in or around our property and risk a fine of $150. Late departures will result in a fine of $150 for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover. Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted at this property. Any evidence of pets will result in a fine. As this property is located in a vibrant area, some street noise and sounds from neighboring units may occasionally be heard.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A $250 refundable security deposit is required to be paid a day before check-in to cover any incidental charges or damages. This deposit will be fully refunded within 10 business days after checkout, pending a room inspection
MID-STAY CLEANING
For stays of 30+ days, a complimentary monthly cleaning is included. The partner will reach out to schedule it at a convenient time each month to maintain a fresh, welcoming space.
