The unit is accessible via a staircase, and the steps are on the steeper side. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Parties, events and smoking/vaping of any kind are prohibited in or around the property and risk a fine of $150 and/or forfeiture of your full deposit. Late departures will result in a fine of $150 for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover. Large messes will result in an additional cleaning fee. Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted at this property. Any evidence of pets will result in a fine and/or forfeiture of your full deposit.
