Smoking and the use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited everywhere on the premises. Any evidence of smoking will trigger an automatic $750 deep-cleaning and deodorizing fee, plus the cost of any lost future bookings due to the smell. There is a zero-tolerance no-party policy, and strict quiet hours are enforced between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Any violation of noise policies will result in immediate cancellation without refund. Only the specific number of guests declared at the time of booking are allowed on the property at any time. Check-in is at 3:00 PM-4:00 PM, and check-out is strictly at 11:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty fee of $200 per hour. Lost keys, building fobs, or parking passes will incur a $250 replacement fee per item. Do not flush feminine hygiene products, flushable wipes, paper towels, or trash down the toilets. Do not move or rearrange the furniture. Do not disconnect, cover, or tamper with the Wi-Fi router, smoke detectors, noise monitors, or exterior security cameras. No pets are permitted, and bringing a pet will result in a $500 unauthorized pet fee, an additional deep-cleaning fee, and immediate cancellation of the stay. Guests are not permitted to use the property address for mail or package deliveries, nor can they register the address for any official or legal purposes. The property may not be used for commercial photoshoots, music videos, adult content creation, or any business operations without prior written consent. Guests residing within a 70km radius of the property must contact us before booking. We reserve the right to require an additional, fully refundable $500–$1,000 security deposit for local guests.
