This comfortable suite has everything you need to make you feel right at home, including a fully functional kitchen with tea, coffee, a kettle, coffeemaker, and toaster. There is also a washer and dryer. The apartment has two bathrooms with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a hair dryer, and other toiletries that you may have forgotten.
Paid underground parking with in/out privileges is available upon request for $20 per night. A travel crib (for baby 0-18 months) and bed rails are available for $10 per item per night. Pets are allowed with a fee of $20 per pet per night.
The condominium building is a 15-minute walk from CN Tower and under a 20-minute walk from Yonge&Dundas Square, making it the best area for business travelers as well as for sightseeing.
The unit is equipped with video surveillance to the front door ONLY and a noise detector (no cameras are inside the unit). The front door will be checked for the number of guests as well as the noise level to avoid any type of parties. If the number of guests exceeds the number specified in the reservation, the reservation may be canceled immediately without any refund. Any type of smoking (cigarettes or marijuana) is prohibited inside the unit or building.
