A YES FOR STUDENTS

Could not recommend a better student residences for Toronto students! My daughter has lived at Avant for 3 years and has loved every moment. As a parent, I can confidently say my daughter would not have the great university experience she has if it wasn't for Avant!

the BEST student residence

I could not recommend Avant more! It has everything you need for students + more!! It feels like I'm living at an all inclusive resort

Love living at Avant! Fantastic Events!

I’m a TMUIC student and living at Avant has been really solid overall. The building is clean, quiet when it needs to be, and actually feels like student housing that’s taken care of. The rooms are modern and comfortable, and the common areas are nice spots to study or hang out.

The location is a huge plus. It’s an easy commute to TMU/TMUIC, and there are tons of food places and transit options super close by, so it’s convenient for busy days.

The leasing team here is really friendly and easy... to talk to. Anytime I had a question Adrian, Paige and Alex, get back to me fast and are always helpful. It makes settling in a lot less stressful, especially if you’re new to the city.

If you’re studying at TMUIC and want a relaxed, safe, and convenient place to stay, Avant is definitely worth it.

Modern building, great management, and perfect for students!

I’ve had a great experience at Avant. The building is modern, clean, and well-maintained, with amenities that are genuinely useful not just for show. The location is ideal for students, especially anyone attending nearby campuses, and there’s always something happening in the area.

What really sets Avant apart is the leasing and management team. They’re responsive, professional, and genuinely care about residents. Any questions or concerns get handled quickly, and the move-in process was smooth... and organized. You can tell the staff really take pride in the building and in making sure residents feel supported.

Overall, Avant is a comfortable and reliable place to live. If you’re looking for quality student housing in Toronto, I highly recommend it!

Avant has exceeded my expectations

Coming from far away, I was worried about making the big move and living alone for the first time. I chose Avant due to its great location, but I was unaware of just how much more I would gain from living there. Not only is the community close-knit, but the staff is lovely and always goes above and beyond. Paige has been extremely helpful in answering any questions I may have, both as someone new to Toronto and as a resident. The free monthly events have also been a huge bonus, and I was finally... able go to my first Blue Jays game!
