This place can chase you from your friends and family

This place doesn’t like visitors at all. They want you to rent a unit, but they don’t want your visitors, specifically those who like to surprise you. Before moving in, you better call all your friends and family to not visit you. They is 100% of chance they might be hit with $75 visitor parking ticket. My friend got one just because he wanted to surprise me the day of my son’s birthday. The worst place to recommend to your friends

Visitor parking tickets

If you rent a unit at park vista, you are better understand that 99% of your guests will be issued a visitor parking ticket of $75. I received a surprise visit from a friend, it only took him 3 minutes to get to my unit to surprise me and tell me he parked at the visitor parking. By the time I rushed to the parking to remove his car, a ticket was already issued. When talking about it to the office, they simply said nothing can be done. I’m warning you to be careful because you might end up... fighting with all your guests who like to surprise you. I’m really disappointed about this office and I hope that no one else will be victimized of park vista office activities.
