Cockroach and bedbug infested dump with TERRIBLE management
I do NOT recommend Sheppard Centre Apartments (2 - 4 - 6 Forest Laneway,). First and foremost, as the title reads, it is infested with cockroaches and bed bugs (Do you even need to read any further??). Maintenance is very poor and building is falling apart. Don't fall for their renovated lobbies and public hallways, it's still rotten at its core, and living in this place is a nightmare. Absurdly frequent water shut downs, at least one or two elevators are ALWAYS broken (leading to long wait... times), malfunctioning laundry facilities and many other issues here. Management is shady and bottom-of-the-barrel. There are so many other building options around Yonge and Sheppard now, I advise you to keep looking.
