This rating is strictly for the noise levels. I suddenly wake up to dogs barking loudly from the hallways and nearby units at 6am and 12am. In the hallways, children are heard running, doors are slammed shut, and tenants are having loud conversations. From nearby units, there are babies crying, children screaming, and loud bangs. All these noises can be heard inside your unit.

Don't move into this building. It's expensive, the neighbourhood does not feel safe, and the City is planning to build a homeless shelter beside this building.

When you're inside your unit, you'll hear doors closing, tenants talking in the hallway, and dogs barking from your unit.

On a positive note, the communication from building staff is great.
