Very Basic Living at Overinflated Rents.
No amenities other than inadequately small laundry room.
GOOD:
Fairly convenient location.
Has Balconies.
Apartments are OK size.
BAD:
Terrible management.
Building and property badly maintained.
Repairs are hard to get and 3rd rate if done.
Common areas have chipped paint and other damage.
Lobby appears furnished by dumpster divers.
Water is turned off regularly for repairs.
Communications are infrequent and often inaccurate.
Landlords nickel and dime on everything.
Increasingly, tenants... are noisy and disruptive.
Smells of cigarettes and pot regularly seep into other apartments.
Building has no curb appeal.
