I’ve lived at Two St Thomas for three years, I genuinely like the building and have met a lot of great people living but am disappointed at the decline of services in the short time I’ve lived here, either due to management and their decisions, cost saving measures or both. Offerings listed on the website are overstated: "24/7 Concierge" - There are two full time concierge and the are freelance security guards.
"Resident Services Team", has not existed for 2 years which is a shame as there used... to be a variety of monthly events, which added to the building's culture.
We have not had a manager on site dedicated to this building for over a year, which makes it difficult to get answers to questions and assurances that measures will be taken to address tenant issues.
These claims used to entice new tenants and justify high rents are misleading, inaccurate and should either be removed or rectified.
