I would highly request you not to even think of staying in this building everything that could go wrong is wrong with this building the Building manager is an arrogant and egoistic person. The water shutdown 3 times a week, dirty parking,elevator smelling like public washrooms, no security, the maintenance request takes atleast 2 months to get back to. Just don't make the mistake of renting here.

If you don’t like water shut off about three times a week and you’re looking for a quiet safe place to live then it’s not for you smoking in the hall way is a common thing and there is nobody to talk to or complain.. management is not available office is closed 90% of the time .. you have to pay for any of the non existent services .. pool is permanently closed washers not available most of the time .. they never fix issues or start and never finish.. neighbors have parties almost every day of... the week of course the management don’t feel like dealing with that too .. worse then social housing.. be aware just the fact that it looks clean in public areas doesn’t mean it is .. we had no hot water for two days now if I had the option I would give it minus 5 stars.. cockroaches are a regular occurrence.. bed bugs too!
