Stay away until the owner hires a professional management team
The Port Town Property management company is low hanging fruit. This company lets all types of noise levels permeate the rental walls. They allow home gyms on the second and third floors. Bless you if you rent a first level apartment like I am. Tear up the rental agreement unless you are deaf. I’ve already been to the ER in my 22 days here. Your health isn’t worth the constant stress, headaches and noise. RUN away from this management madness.
