RENTAL TERMS:

- Security Deposit: starting at $1,000 (due within 2 business days of approval)

- Renters Insurance Required in the amount of $100,000 at lease signing. Tenants whose household income is 50% or less of the area median income (adjusted for family size as measured up to a five-person family) are not required to provide renter's insurance.

RENTAL CRITERIA:

- 5 years of verifiable residential history
- No money owed to past landlords or utility companies
- Must make at least 3x unit rent in income (before taxes)
- If you have criminal history, please provide an explanation and all supporting documentation you want considered with your application

ANIMAL REQUIREMENTS:

All Pets, Companion animals and Service animals:
1. We need to meet all animals before they are allowed on the property anD prior to lease signing if new move in.
2. Current copy of up-to-date shot records needs to be provided to our office.
3. If dogs: They need to be licensed in Marion County and a copy of the license
provided to our office.
4. Current colored printed picture of each pet provided to our office.
5. Must sign TRY Investments Assistance Animal or Pet Agreement and be willing to comply with rules.

For Pets only:
1. We increase the Security Deposit $500 for each pet
2. Monthly Pet Rent of $25 for each pet per month

For Companion/Assisted/Service Animals:
1. Need a letter from the person's doctor that states who the animal is servicing,
stating the specific animals name, type of animal & breed.

Everything listed above needs to be completed before any pet may come on our
properties and if signing new lease, prior to the lease signing.
No visiting pets at any time.
