431-01 St. Mary's Apartments LLC

Just when I thought that there was no hope for an otherwise decent apartment, the property was bought this summer and the new owners have come to save the day. We had considered moving, but we now have new windows, newly painted property, the landscaping looks great and the new owners care about both the property and us, the tenants. It's amazing how much can change when someone actually cares about the place. We are choosing to stay and so are all of my neighbors. The Beaverton school... district is a big deal and we didn't want to move. Now we don't have to. We also don't pay as much as neighboring properties (I've checked) and so far (fingers crossed), the new owners still pay for water and sewer. Oh, I almost forgot. Management has also gotten rid of the few deadbeats that were living here and now it's... quiet. Yes, no more loud music. Thank you!! Where do I begin.... there’s crap everywhere. There’s no rules or regulations regarding what you put in the courtyards, hang on the balconies, etc.... so people literally set half of their belongings outside. There’s always garbage outside. The neighbors are crazy- they’re always screaming and swearing either at their kids or each other. One neighbor blasts music so loud I can feel the bass, and she lives in a separate building. Brought this up to management and they basically told me quiet time... is from 10 pm to 7 am and they can’t do anything about it during the day. Kids leave their bikes and scooters on the ground on the sidewalk and in the parking lot. Our apartment is infested with ants. Do NOT live here. White trash wonderland. Read More

The apartment itself was alright but that was that fact that you had to get over the next door neighboring leaving their empty cat food right outside her doorway leading up to yours. The stairs were covered in cat hairs. And the apartments themselves were pretty ugly outside, looked like no one comes to maintain the landscaping and everybody just has all their trash outside in the courtyard. Apartments are terrible don't let the picture fool you...doesn't even have a pool and they over price the apartments for nasty they look
