So first off, it is the hottest part of the year. I was looking forward to being somewhere with central AC and obviously rent here is high so would expect a nice working AC. However the last month, our AC has consistently not been working. And management has tried to make me feel guilty about having two portables they let us borrow that don't even work well. I've out in numerous work orders , maintenance comes by, it works a day. Stops working. Have to wait for the HVAC people to fix it. They... come by, fill up the freon, works a few days then stops working. It's been over a month with Temps nearing 100 degrees, and I get poor responses from management , yes I'm angry its not working it should be apart of what is being paid for. I cannot wait to leave this apartment complex and it's management, they should be compensating for the AC when it's clearly apart of the package being paid for.
