There are people who have been here over 10 yrs., me being one of them. I have had nothing but wonderful experiences here! It's peaceful, beautiful, and reasonable. Since the owners took over last year, and hired a wonderful manager, who is always on top of things & very kind, the property continues to be well kept! Management quickly takes care of any "trouble" tenants and replaces them with wonderful people to keep our community a pleasant place to live. It's a two story, two bedroom, cozy... townhome with a fireplace, don't have to pay water or garbage, the neighbors/neighborhood are quiet and do their own thing. The buildings are older, but are continually being up-kept & modernized, and they have a great maintenance man on hand for anything you need. These townhomes are very run down with little to no preventative maintenance being done let alone maintenance in general. I lived there for a few years and had to do most of my maintenance myself. Windows leak, doors are drafty, wildlife in the attic, and mold in the walls. The manager just collects rent checks. If you don't want your business discussed with all the other tenants as well as your tenant rights violated by her don't rent here.
