No A/C, Dirty Property, Parking Floods, Bad Information

Listings are out of date. They say that the units have A/C, that's a lie. Parking is terrible. If you call the office with a question 3 times, you'll hear 3 different answers. Very dirty place for the money

Great management

I wanted to write a review because I can't express how happy I am with the management team here at Parker apartments. I believe her name is Kessica ward that is the manager here and she has been so helpful, patient and understanding when it comes to things getting done and communicated throughout the complex. The apartments are very modern looking and nice on the inside with wood floors. The maintenance team is amazing every single day up and working and willing to help if need be. The crew, the… property and the environment is very calm and peaceful which makes things so nice and easy to live in.if your looking for a nice place to live... this is it!

Poor living conditions

Was told the washer and dryers were brand new but they ended up not working so we had to wait a whole month for maintence, turns out there was a flea infestation from the previous tenants, and to top it all of black mold ended up growing on the walls and they ended up only painting over it. Very terrible service, would not recommend anyone applying!
