Soggy wetlands
The grounds are wet, boggy, soggy. You will sink in muck if you step off of walkway. Old buildings with poor remodels, lots of criminal activity, poor management. The prices are criminal given the state of the place.
I lived there only one year and could not get out fast enough. I thought the place was charming at first, but it is not.
For $1395 you can upgrade elsewhere. I did.

inexpensive older townhomes and cottages , well maintained and kept up.
