Lived here for a year, one bedroom is really spacious but drafty. Really cold in the winter but heater works well. Walking distance from grocery store and a few bars.

We are currently in the process to replace the windows inside the homes to help prevent the... draft entering the home. This will certainly help keep your home warmer in the winter times.

...The reef Apts.
I like the one bedrooms, there one story like a house.Another is you have your own reserved parking spot.Only drawback is winter heating can get high because of drafty windows and slider. Overall it'seems been a good place to live.

Thank you for your review. We love how much parking is all throughout the community. In regards to the windows, we have conducted a property wide window replacement to replace all windows with double pane windows. This process is... completed when the home comes available and we are close to 70% completed with this project.
