Parks on the Green Apartments

We have lived at Parks on The Green for almost six months and we love, love living here!

Our apt manager is so very kind, attentive to community needs! She is even out there on snow days shoveling snow! She truly cares about our neighbors and our community.

Our neighbors are friendly, the laundry facilities are fantastic, there is plenty of room for pups to be walked. Our community is safe, we are so blessed to be in such a wonderful community!

And! The insulation is amazing! We hardly ever... hear our neighbors through the walls!

There are double sinks, garbage disposal, AC and so much more!

Lived here just over a year before moving out of state. Pets allowed is a huge +++, never had any neighbor troubles, family friendly neighborhood, one of the only places the gave me my entire deposit back when I left, having cleaned thoroughly. Manager is attentive to needs. Rent is more affordable than other places. Exterior and grounds well cared for even in winter.

I’ve lived here for about 9 months. It’s a really nicely place to live. Good neighbors, extremely dog and pet friendly, and clean. There is a lot of open grass areas to go play fetch. Garbage and water included. Lawn maintenance comes frequently. Parking lots were plowed in the winter. Really, for the price, they’re probably the best apartments in town you could ask for. Great location. Plus, the office manager Jade is really nice.

We recently moved here and really enjoy it! Many of our neighbors are super friendly, and happy to help out. There are lots of friendly dogs too, which we're very happy about, as we didn't have to give away our precious dog to live here. We enjoy being surrounded by nice neighbors, and having plenty of green grass for our kids and dog (on a leash required) to play on. The school district is great too.

Parks on the Green was a diamond found in a very rough market of budget apartments in Bend. The rent is low(er than average), and the apartments are clean, upgraded recently, have AC, great neighbors, speedy maintenance service, and, as the name implies, GRASS in the desert! We are super glad we found it a year ago, as we would have been priced out of this pricey town otherwise.
