Manager and grounds keep.
Very late to get to you if there is a problem. Parking can be tough because managers husband buys cars and trucks and keeps them in the free parking spaces for months at a time. When dealing with paper work manager has lost or " never received paperwork" ending with a eviction notice only to say it's someone else's fault not them even when they have confirmed they got it. Walls are super thin so electric bills can be high in winter/summer months. Don't expect to have walk ways shoveled in winter... till it freezes. It took two months just to have the front door fixed and grease leaks from stove hood and beauty works.

Loving our new home!
We just moved into the new Sage Springs Apartments and we love it! The floor plan is laid out really great for 990 sq. ft. and the best part is everything is brand new! I love that they provided washers and dryers and a lot of storage space. The management is so nice and they live on-site (which I can appreciate). I would suggest these apartments to anyone who needs a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, because they're a great deal for the price!
