Very happy here however our buildings are in need of painting. i tell guests that painting will be done this summer as I am somewhat embarrassed. I hope that’s true.

The apartment homes at Seasons are larger than the norm and well designed. Parking is adequate for residents, and covered parking is available as well. The Maintenance staff are responsive, skilled, and friendly. The complex is conveniently located in the developing southeast section of Bend, and is near the Old Mill and near new medical facilities. There is a great fenced dog park in the central part of the development. Apartments are equipped with new smart front door locks and smart… thermostats, and the entire complex is nicely landscaped and well-maintained.
