Expensive and honestly a bit of a disappointment there’s no path to migrate a lease to another unit in order to literally pay the apartments more money.

Nice clean environment, very quiet place no loud noises except the train but I kind of enjoy it. Super nice having laundry room in apartment

Very quick and quick easy process. Offered a great deal for the lease. With work and the day beach at the river being close by there's always something to do. The school bus also picks up the kids from the parking lot instead of the street which is a plus.

The complex is very well maintained and the maintenance crew are very punctual. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. The size of the Apartment is very spacious.
