    New management

    Lived here for five years. New management took over around 7 months ago. They are by far the worst management I have ever had at any complex. I'm half way through my lease still have yet to get my upgrades and several maintenance requests have been pending since they took over. They can't keep track of financial stuff. They have made several mistakes with over or under charging me. They are not flexible when it comes to having to pay rent the first Friday of the month if it's past the 4th. The… late fee is 100$ Even if you tell them in advance. I can't wait to get out of here!!!!!
