The custom-home finishes complement the great room layout, and the kitchen includes a full-size fridge, island, and ample storage. Upstairs, your bedroom features large windows and a vaulted ceiling. Fiber internet is available. And it's quiet: you don't share a wall with anyone, and no one lives above or below you.

Outside your door, the gated grounds include an open green, a pavilion with gazebo, gardens, reading nooks, and walking paths. You'll have locking private storage, and you can claim a private raised bed to realize your floral or vegetable dreams. The 100% smoke-free property is fully-fenced, with three automatically-locking walking gates and a gated vehicle entrance. Reserved parking spaces are available for $45/mo, and several reserved spaces include EV charging. 1-year leases are standard, but ask about our more flexible or short-term options. Pardon our dust! We're wrapping up construction, preparing for move-in at the beginning of October. Buckland Cottages is pet-friendly. Every pet completes an individual third-party screening before move-in, so the pets you'll meet here passed the same review yours did.
