Looking for a place to live where faith and community come together? We have rooms available at **2323 NW Monroe Ave**. We offer a welcoming and caring… atmosphere to grow in understanding faith. Plus, the location can’t get any better: across the street from OSU’s campus and near shops, restaurants, and public transit.

Some spaces available immediately and others for summer or fall.

**What we offer:**
* Private rooms with shared common spaces (kitchen, living areas, laundry) - add a roommate of your choice and apply together to share a private room
* A welcoming spiritual community where we live and grow together
* Opportunities to serve one another through shared responsibilities and household chores
* Weekly Bible studies, dinners and social events to build strong relationships

This housing is perfect for men seeking to deepen their faith while living with like-minded individuals in a cooperative setting. We know you’ll find a peaceful place to call home here.

**Details:**
* Rent: $500 (shared bunk) to $800 (private) per month. Prices in between.
* Utilities increase rent by $125/mo including water, gas, electricity, internet, and trash.
* $55 per month (contribution to joint food and weekly dinners)
