The house is offered unfurnished, except for appliances including fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, clotheswasher and dryer.
Pets: Not allowed
Utilities: Tenants pay for power, water/sewer (EWEB) and high-speed fiber internet (Hunter). House is prewired with Hunter high speed fiber.
Laundry: Home includes washer and dryer.
Landscaping: A small home garden space is available for tenant use, as well as a large shared picnic table. Owner manages landscaping.
Smoking: This is a non-smoking/non-vaping home and these activities are not allowed on the property.

We rent on a first-come, first-serve basis to the first approved applicant/applicant group to complete their application process. Applications include credit/background/eviction history screening. The nonrefundable screening fee is $20 per adult applicant. Approved applicants must provide a security deposit within 5 days of being approved to rent. Lease periods must begin between 8/1/26 and 10/1/26.
