Decent Place - No Parking

Apartments are ok nice interior - decent size, office staff is kind.

Due to un assigned parking, there is a major lack of spots - many people storing multiple cars. The rules do not seem to be enforced with their no smoking / partying (noise past 11pm). Car break ins have been an issue due to lack of security.

The people living here chain smoke outside while watching you all day. It really brings the value of property down.

Very nice, clean apartments, but not even close to enough parking in their lot, with NO street parking nearby. Very little privacy with people walking right by your bedroom window, who can see right in. Someone thought sharp, angled cupboard and drawer handles in every room would be a great idea as well, and I cut my thighs on them every day. Also nearly 2 miles from the nearest bus stop. Nice clean living space but many many little inconveniences.

Contemporary affordable apartment!

Wow! These apartments are so nice. The kitchens are large with granite countertops and a lovely back patio off kitchen area with your own private storage. They have air conditioning and super nice full size washer and dryers! Best apartments I’ve found in Eugene!!!

I live in this area

Nice apartments, except the cubboards and floor are weird looking, but you could put rugs over the floor, pretty safe area, good area for family. The price of apartments now days blows me away. The train yard is nearby, sometimes very quiet and sometimes trains are loud and sometimes there is train exhaust in the air when cloudy with no wind from the trains running because it supposedly cost more to start them up then keep them running.
