Nice Place To Live

I've lived at Country Club Place for almost 6 months. The apartments are spacious, with high ceilings and lots of windows. The grounds are well maintained and very attractive. Maintenance is quick to take care of any problems. The area is quiet, people seem to be respectful and friendly, and there is a feeling of being safe here. Shopping, medical, pretty much anything needed is close by. Our manager, Carol, is so knowledgeable regarding the place, and most importantly is friendly and... caring, and definitely wants people to enjoy living here. I hope this will be my home for many years.

Really like it here.

I've been a resident here at Country Club Place for nearly 10 years and I really like it here. Best apartments in Eugene and I've looked around at a lot of them. Nice quiet neighborhood on single access road that means local traffic only. Central location close to Valley River mall, Coburg rd. as well as downtown. Also pet friendly which is a big plus.

Best Location, Best View Ever!!!

This apartment is so cool, lots of room, great floor plan, high ceilings. We also have the most beautiful mountain view, and what's amazing is that we are in the middle of town. It's down right breath taking. Being so close to everything, and at the same time feeling like we live in the country, with this mountain view. Love the apartment life.

Renovations need to be made at these apartments, but the area and the people are very nice. Quiet neighborhood.

Needs Renovations

These apartments are nice and the staff is nice, but the carpet is old. Everything in the apartment needs to be replaced, appliance wise. The floors need replacing. Otherwise this has been a great, peaceful place to live.
