the application fee is unreasonable as a credit report you run for yourself has more information in it!

We regret to see that this is your opinion of our processes, but we can assure you that our application fee is necessary to ensure that all... applicants meet the criteria to join our community. Because we have additional qualifications outside of a standard credit check, we use a system to investigate negative rental history, money owed to a previous property, and FEDs, in addition to credit. Should you wish to receive a copy of the report, you can request one through our tenant screening company, On-Site.com. Poor maintenance
Very poor maintenance for anything the onsite staff is not able to do. It takes a long time and the management is quite indifferent.

Near Perfect
The complexes and its properties are well maintained. The grass seems to always be cut. There is an outdoor swimming pool, indoor hot tub, and a small work out gym. The staff has always been nice and upfront about any issue that I've addressed (which is very few and was always taken care of). My only complaint is that I had a flat tire and they made a notice for me to move my car because they wouldn't allow vehicles that were "un-drivable", so I got stickers on my car that said that I needed to... fix the tire or else my car would be towed, which I think is a little ridiculous . Overall clean and customer driven and a very nice staff.
