    Great place for a great price

    The price is reasonable for the area, the size, and the service. The response from maintenance is always fast and fixed the same day. The landlord is always friendly and welcoming. I have been here for over 11 years now and have only received one rent raise. The community is quiet and but friendly. There are three laundry facilities, if you don't have a washer/dryer in your home. The laundry takes coins or uses an app. It is near W. 11th and W18th, so easy access to public transportation.… Overall a great experience.
