Perfect for College Living
I really love that, despite having neighbors on all sides, I can't hear anyone unless they are absolutely BLASTING music. The double pane windows allow for amazing noise cancellation, and for heat or A/C to stay inside. The kitchen has an amazing amount of storage; so much that I still have empty cupboards! Everything was clean and new when I moved in, and having the apartment furnished was absolutely amazing. I do wish the views were better out the windows, and that the bathroom was larger... since it's supposed to accommodate at least two people. But the close proximity to the school and two three different cafes right around the corner make this apartment the place to be. You could wake up ten minutes before class and never be late! I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking to go to the University of Oregon.
