Very nice and affordable
I just moved in and I love it here. The staff is friendly and helpful, and have responded quickly to any requests for assistance. I love the washer/dryer, large kitchen, and the overall look of this well-kept community. It is in a nice area and close to everything. Highly recommend!

Horrible staff!
I love the apartment and location, but the office staff does not do their job as another reviewer said. I am very disappointed with them. I don't even think they have a maintenance staff and they do not respond to any problems you have.

Do not live here
No no no!!! You don't wanna live here! The parking is a total mess! The management is a total hypocrist! They pretend to be nice, but never do their job! Trust me, it's only gonna get worst, 'cause they are building more apartments! I can't even turn into my assigned parking lot. As for the bedrooms, they are tiny, and no sun comes in at all!

Great Place with exceptions
My wife and I moved in about a month or two ago and we love our place. We got a great spot very modern and roomy. The quietness of the complex is very nice and although we haven't used it yet we love the fact that there is a 24 hour fitness center There are a few things that can be bother some like people leaving their car lights on while they shine in our bedroom or people standing outside the same window later at night talking but the largest issue is the extremely loud water (pipes) issues. I... can hear when our upstairs neighbor flushes the toilet, take showers, and run their washers. Not sure if its like this for everyone but it really is a nightmare when you trying to sleep and you hear water falling/cascading down the pipes. Overall our experience is a good one.

Great place to call home
This is a wonderful place to live! The amenities you get at this price are really outstanding. I can tell you from experience, you won't find in-unit laundry and a/c at this price anywhere else. The units are all new and tastefully decorated- no white walls and carpets like other places. You get a very large patio, too. If that wasn't enough, a basic cable and internet package is included in the price of rent. The rental office staff have been great to work with. They are friendly and always... very quick to respond when I've needed anything. You will definitely enjoy calling these apartments your home.
