Move in was great:)

They had the apartment ready and cleaned by our move in date ! Not a single thing wrong with our apartment, I absolutely love it here! So so sooooo much storage space!

More than just an apartment, I found a home!

I have lived here for over 2 years and love my apartment. It's not just a four-walled box, it has an interesting floor plan with a fabulous view of the golf course. The management staff are engaging and inclusive. They respond immediately to any issue and the maintenance staff are professional and able to fix anything. The management also engages the community through get togethers in the summer and winter and I enjoy sitting down and chatting with them. The landscaping is beautiful and well… maintained. The complex is quiet and close to everything. My neighbors are friendly and helpful. I feel fortunate to have found Northgreen Apartments and will continue to live here for many years. If you are looking for more than just an apartment but in search of a home I highly recommend you look here.

Great location

Northgreen Apartments are well maintained, close to shopping, schools and walking paths. The grounds are well kept and they are pet friendly. Many have nice views of the golf course and the laundry facilities ( for those who don't have it in their unit) are very clean and always in good working order.
Comfortable cute apartments that are reasonably priced.

Good place to live

My partner and I have lived here for close to 4 years. It is a nice and relatively safe place to live and it is on a pleasant golf course. We enjoy walking around the area. Also, maintenance is quick to respond. I will note that the price of rent has gone up steeply over the past couple of years, but prices everywhere else in Eugene have gone up as well. One minor complaint is that the windows need to be replaced - they tend to build up condensation in the winter months which has the potential… to grow mold - it's just something to manage. Overall though, we are happy here.

Quiet Units

I have loved living at Northgreen Apartments! It’s quiet, the units are well-kept, I have an incredible view of the Oakway Golf Course, and management is amazing. I would highly recommend this complex
