Close to Campus, nothing else stands out

The only benefit to this apartment complex is the fact that it is close to the University of Oregon campus and a short walk to Downtown Eugene. In my apartment, everything squeeks (floor, doors, cabinets), and being so close to campus and sorority houses means that the weekends get loud. If you're looking for a quiet place to study, this is not the place to be. Our rental company didn't have the apartment ready by our move-in date so we had to go for roughly two weeks without a working stove... because they didn't have new drip-pans ready. On-site laundry is a plus but you need a laundry card to use it.
