Valley river court

Very nice place, friendly staff. My personal experience: I was told I had a storage closet off of my porch come to find out it was used for their hoses and lawn care products. Very little storage in a one bedroom apartment itself. Had a hole in the tub that is still not fixed, toilet handle broke a month ago still not fixed. Ink stain on carpet that was never taken care of. Although they did hold the apartment for me for a month and were very helpful in my application process. May just be backed... up with other projects or lost paperwork.

The Valley River Court in Eugene.

Valley river court has been my favorite place to live so far in my life because of its location and friendly staff.
Goodpasture loop is the home of a very pleasant and quiet neighborhood that is safe and pretty to look at. Vrc is off of delta highway so it's reach of everything. Which makes living here convenient.
The staff is very friendly and polite and have always fixed my problems in urgency.
The apartments are mid range. Kind of cheaply built but the price is right. I can rarely hear... neighbors.
The parking is decent, i usually can find a place to park even at night.
