Not a good place to live
I would advise any potential tenants to look elsewhere.
The units are hideous: splotchy brown shag carpet, popcorn ceilings, cinder block walls thin enough to hear everything from the next unit over. Ants and fleas, neighbors cuss at each other and blast music, there's garbage everywhere, our deliveries have been stolen from our doorstep.
West Hills is an unpleasant place to live, which would be somewhat forgivable if it were cheaper, but it's got the same rent as much nicer, better located... apartments.
