Terribly Managed

Management is rude, not just on site but at the corporate level as well. They are unhelpful and rude when you try to ask for help. Do not move to ANY umbrella property, save yourself the headache

Neglected Buildings, Mngmt Staff Rude

Apartments are in dilapidated and rotten conditions. Cabinets warped, water damaged, and shed splinters in your fabrics and on your dishes, decomposing so shelf liner won't even stick. Appliances falling apart/30 years old. Sinks rusting if they are metal, and chipped if they are porcelain with raw rusting iron showing. Carpets are not steam cleaned or replaced (fleas upon move in, and carpet so worn in places the pad showed though). Maintenance will not fix any of this because the property… manager/owner does not deem it worth the money for his budget. Office manager is so rude and short with you, and she will literally turn her back on you and start talking to someone else when she's tired of you. The corporate office manager is also rude, and all of them seem to treat the tenants like huge annoying burdens anytime they have to interact with them.

Quiet Place with two swimming pools

This complex has beautiful landscaping, with green grass stretched over my backyard. My apartment is quite spacious for a 1 bedroom, including a storage room. I spend my lazy days in one of two pools available to float in. The kitchen is adorable, and I have a brand new stove. Gas & water are covered in my rent. I have the sweetest and most considerate neighbors. A wonderful place to wind down when you come home from a long day at work.
