Pamela Jensen the property manager and Josue the maintenance man make the Echo Glen Apartments the best place to live!!

Really nice area, the landscaping is very well maintained. It's clean and quiet with a very nice atmosphere in a pleasant neighborhood. The manager was great and very invested in this idyllic little community.

The investment company that owns this property dramatically raised my rent-and-utilities which forced me out. I found their responses to my pleas for mercy to be incredibly callous and dismissive.

The floor was slanted so that if I sat in a wheeled chair in the 'dining area' I would… roll to the center of the floor.
It felt like there was no insulation in the bathroom, so it was ice-cold in the winter and soap-meltingly hot in the summer.
I felt awful for the people in the apartment beneath me because every step I took creaked loudly and the sound dampening between apartments felt incredibly bad.
I will miss the neighborhood cats that never wanted anything more from passerbys than a few pets. Seems like a great place to have a pet. Read More

The management doesn’t fix things, when it rains it floods and they don’t fix it, the kids bring trash out of the dumpsters and scatter it across apartment grounds, management is only I. The office couple times a week, all in all worst apartments I’ve rented from. Also management has changed three times in the past year.

Manager is rude and doesn't care. She's also new and making it worse for the tenents whom have been here for years! There are no amenities, not even a washer/dryer in the units and they're already raising the rent by $150-200. Walls are paper thin and you can hear everything from your neighbors. It's very frustrating. I would definitely look somewhere else to live that's much better and probably around the same price range.
