There is black mold everywhere, management sucks, rent is expensive for what you’re getting. I’d look elsewhere.

There are roaches here.
I’ve tried to reach out to the office many times to resolve many issues within my apartment and no one ever reaches out. Only once and it was with no solution ! I’ve submitted work orders for my apartment and they cancel them. No reason to us what so ever. They are quick to take your money but not quick to help. I wouldn’t rent here at all. the plumbing as well stinks. Rent here if you would like to be ignored

Complex has had SEVEN onsite managers in the past year so who knows what the issues are with the owner but there's never anyone here. Just lost a great, conscientious full time maintenance person who'd been here for years and now the place is starting to get trashy. Noisy neighbors, kids are rude and unsupervised. Crime is localized for sure. Rent for new tenants is way overpriced for what one should expect and they just raised rent significantly for current tenants - for what extra services?... Laughable. Renovated & clean apartment. The location is very accessible and I enjoy living here. There is a pool and playground and they are well kept.

There is mold everywhere in these apartments. Don't let that fresh coat of white paint fool you. The windows collect moisture and the mold grows anywhere and everywhere. The management has changed 4-5 times in 4-5 years and there is never anyone in the office. Crime is rampant.
