5 Stars!!

Clean, quiet, nicely done interior renovations. Right off the Ruby Junction max stop. Ideal location for those that do not drive. Only 20 minutes from Downtown Portland. Fair price on rents.

Mangement really bad and sewer rats

My family just moved out of apartment number 8.We moved because the manger is rude.The management don't care they are very well aware of SEWER RATS in the units.The rats have ate holes in the rugs and a lot of different places in the walls.The management don't want to do carp bout that but yet they want to fix the outside up.So don't rent there in less you want rats in your unit.

We have been taking an aggressive approach to pest and rodent control, and I understand that action was taken to remedy your specific issue. We will be in direct contact with you to make sure that any issues have been remedied.

Please take the rest of this response as a general note, not one specific to you. As a property management company, we have a responsibility to treat the premises of the property with effective but safe pest control solutions for the health and safety of our tenants. We take pride in doing this. And when there are issues that require more than baseline prevention, we attack them with all of the resources needed. But pest/rodent control is also an area where we can use the help of ALL tenants. Keep your place tidy and properly dispose of all waste (particularly if it is food items). This not only helps prevent pests from infiltrating your residence, but your neighbors' as well. Again, this is not directed specifically to you. It is just a general statement to underscore that this is an area where we need to be united to get the best results.

I would not send

I live here at this time.The management is really bad.There is sewer rats in and out of the apartments.
