emerald pointe
main thing I like is having a garage to house my corvette and my soft tail deluxe Harley Davidson.apartment is studio,just right for bachelor life style!not too much housework,well kept grounds.great management and maintence teamsmall bacony,washer and dryer in garage. im happy there.10 yrs tenant.centrally located to safeway,riteaid lots of restaraunts,etc.

Two stars... unless you need a garage
The price is pretty steep for a studio on a busy road. But it's redeeming quality is the oversized 1 car garage. I park my small utility trailer, motorcycle and Prius all comfortably inside at the same time. The street Is too loud because they used cheap windows on my end unit. I don't think the inside units have a noise problem.
