don't judge a book...
This place may look nice on the outside but the walls are paper thin, none of the neighbors are respectful to other tenants, the garage door is broken often, and you'll have plenty of random fire alarms at all hours.
My favorite was a random man knocking on the door for over half an hour; at 3am.
