Don’t live here. They have mold in their apartments and won’t fix the issue. Management is so hard to get ahold of and when you do get ahold of them, they send person after person into your home to look at the issue only for months to go by and no issues have been fixed. Management is terrible and doesn’t care for the well-being of you or your kids. A beam was rotting out supporting the walkway of the upper level and as far as I know, they have never fixed it.

Management is AWFUL. They are nearly impossible to get ahold of. Water constantly comes out brown - it’s disgusting. There was neighbors constantly fighting at all hours of the nights and cops coming constantly. You will often see residents drinking and smoking like nothing outside in the walk way. Also beware of the dumpster divers at the trash section. There’s trash everywhere. Also, the apartments may look nice but they are very run down and poorly taken cared of. 3/10

i lived here in a 1 bedroom apt for 5 years in 2010 they wernt remodeled i payed only 440 for a 1 bedroom apt, the owner sold the complex i moved out ,, they are nice but just too smalll for me , but would recomend the apt

I’ve been living here for a bit a year in a half & it’s been pretty good. Their online portal has had several problems while I’ve lived here. Management only gives you a 24 hour warning to pay your rent through a cashiers check regardless of your schedule or if you’re out of town, etc. This has happened about three times since I’ve lived here. These apartments also have a SERIOUS silver fish problem & it’s disgusting. Also, my one bedroom apartment was suppose to have a dishwasher & garbage… disposal as shown in photos & like management states but my apartment had neither. Overall, this apartment is not the worst but not the best. Good for the price. PS - they have a strict balcony rules, you can’t hang anything on your door, nor can you have your own mat on the front door. This place isn’t boujee or in order to have rules like that. Read More
