Management is the worst

The management at this place is not responsive at all. They seems to cut corners and cheap. There's no parking at all not even 1 visitor parking. They tow every night. This place was nice at first but it's not Tenant friendly at all. They could careless about making welcoming but they are going to care about getting the money.

Extremely unprofessional

Impossible to contact anyone several cars have been broken into Bc they only allow one car and there used to be a nice backyard until they planted over 100 blackberry bushes

Space and Tranquility

My mom likes this place as soon as she saw the room for the first time. When I heard she said she loves it, I knew she meant it. The one-bedroom is very roomy with a big living room, a big kitchen, a decent-size bedroom, a walk-in closet, and plenty of storage. There is nothing that she dislikes about. Besides, customer service is wonderful. Anastacia is professional, nice and friendly. She responded to my emails quickly every time :) Also, office staffs are super nice too. This is exactly what… my mom is looking for: good people, spacious, clean, quiet, with a balcony for her plants :)

BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY

I've only been living on this property for about a month but I LOVE IT SO MUCH! The community is very warming and the Leasing and management team for this property are really amazing! I had a lengthy process in receiving my move in approval but Lora was very diligent and delightful throughout the entire time.

Thank you Rosewood for giving me a beautiful place that I could call home!
