Not enough parking. Only one space per apartment. Parking rules not enforced. Some apartments use up three to four visitor spots. People use motorcycles and visitor areas to reserve spots for cars. Makes it very difficult to find a spot to park at night.
Apartment is in good location next to Safeway walking distance to a lot of things. Complex is also quiet and safe.

Management picks and chooses what parts of the lease agreement to enforce and picks and chooses who to go after. Neighbors have vicious dogs, have several complaints for domestic violence but they're perfectly fine. Changes their minds about things every time you talk to them, get any demand or request in writing so they can't change their mind the next day. If you like dealers living next door to you, then this is the place to live. The mgmt. is a joke and treat current tenants and prospective tenants like dirt.
