Very quick light change I had one of the lights in the kitchen flashing continuously. I put in a maintenance request and it was taken care of within a few hours. Per usual the maintenance guy was nice.

Awesome Staff! My move in experience was quick and smooth, Patty was so helpful and organized. The ladies kept on top of communication and made sure we had everything we needed! 10 out of 10 experience, will definitely be recommending to friends :)

Maintenance They were absolutely wonderful they were able to get what they needed to get done amd they were very informative on what was being done what the issues were. Feeling like he went the extra mile and cleabed out my dryer. They were very kind

Moving in Kennedy was great and thorough for my move in. It was easy to get in. Applied and moved in within 48 hours. The amenities are great, location is great, and living next to the max makes it convinietn
