They deleted my first review....So maybe that is why this place is rated so high. This place is terrible

I lived at The Club for four years. Every single year, I wanted to move—but it never worked out. So, after four years, I’ve collected plenty of horror stories. Here are just the highlights from my last year:

Noise is constant—between traffic and paper-thin walls, expect no peace. These units are also overpriced for how old they are

Turnover is wild. I saw at least six different managers... come and go. One promised she was staying "for good." She lasted two months.

Office support is frustrating. Issues get jotted on sticky notes and forgotten. I had to follow up several times just to resolve basic problems.

Management is unprofessional. I’m a therapist, and during mandatory inspections, I asked for a time window to avoid disrupting client sessions. They refused. I got a hotel just in case—inspection never even happened.

Renovation issues: Paint fumes from the unit below made me and my pets sick. Management claimed they "weren’t allowed" to open windows. Later, they were fine with me leaving my apartment unlocked during move-out.

One day my unit was dangerously hot—turned out the next unit was using industrial heaters. Management's response? "Not our responsibility."

Water bills are excessive because they overwater constantly—and residents foot the bill.

That’s just from one year. I’m not even counting:
Pest control sent to the wrong units—twice
My car being illegally towed, causing me to miss work
Or the pool being closed more often than not

Bottom line: Living at The Club was exhausting. I’m so relieved to be out.

The only bright spots:
The maintenance team—quick, helpful, and kind
The community events—genuinely inclusive and fun
TL;DR: Management is unresponsive, the building is outdated, and communication is terrible.

Great Service The service provided by The Club was well appreciated and the response time was quick.

The Office Management Team Ashton and Tisa have always been extremely helpful and professional. If I ever have issues they are on top of them to make things easier. Maintenance have always been helpful as well. They take care of around the apartment quickly and efft. I highly recommend living at the club!

Quick turnaround Came home to a leaking water heater. Maintenance drained and replaced it within a few short hours. Thanks guys!
