Not affordable. Not worth it.

Rent hikes amidst trash everywhere. Children graffiti indecent images and words on windows, leave trash, curse at adults, and harass others. Maintenance is slow to fix anything. They nickel and dime. Current management cannot do anything about assigned spaces being used by visitors--no tow service. People steal off patios and stairwells. No air conditioning in units and restrictions apply to heating, cooling, and other forms of comfort. Rules do not seem to apply to the manager's family who… occupies a minimum of three units. This is not affordable housing. Rules are enforced on tenants unless you are close with management.
