Each tenant has their own private and securely locked room. From there the common areas are SHARED with other community members of the estate. There is a gated courtyard with fountain for community members to enjoy.
All rooms are SINGLE RESIDENT OCCUPANCY. ***ANIMALS UNDER 30 lbs FULLY GROWN **** Maximum 2 animals with $25 pet fee/mo per animal.
